A method for online real-time control on a manufacturing process of a display comprises: establishing a monitoring equation used for estimating display attributes according to production line parameters corresponding to working procedures in a manufacturing process of a display, a calculation result of the monitoring equation being used for indicating the quality of the display (S10); when one working procedure of the display is completed, updating the calculation result of the monitoring equation according to values of the production line parameters that are fed back online and are corresponding to the working procedure (S20); and when the calculation result updated in step (S20) indicates that the quality of the display does not conform to specified quality specifications, adjusting the corresponding production line parameters of a working procedure following the working procedure, so that the quality of the display conforms to the specified quality specifications (S30). According to the method, key attributes of the display can be maintained to conform to the specified specifications by adjusting the production line parameters of a subsequent working procedure, so that semi-finished products can be corrected, and the yield of qualified display products is improved. |
