Provided are an information delivery device 3 and an information delivery program capable of providing advertisements by utilizing image categorization information. The information delivery device 3 has: a storage unit 32 which stores, in association with user identification information, categories to which image data belong; a categorization part 331 which, upon acquiring the image data and the user identification information from a user terminal, determines the categories by means of image recognition processing of the acquired image data and registers the determined categories in the storage unit in association with the user identification information; an analysis part 332 which analyzes user preferences on the basis of the categories associated with the user identification information; and an information provision part 333 which provides information to the user on the basis of the analyzed user preferences.
