An atomizing component and an electronic cigarette. The atomizing component comprises an e-liquid storage component (201), an atomizing core component (202), and a mouthpiece (203). An e-liquid storage cavity (206) is formed between the atomizing core component (202) and the e-liquid storage component (201). Movably sleeved on the exterior of the e-liquid storage component (201) is a movable cover component (208) insertedly connected to the mouthpiece (203) and capable of stopping the mouthpiece (203) from rotating. When the mouthpiece (203) is both insertedly connected to the movable cover component (208) and detachably connected to an extremity of the e-liquid storage component (201), even if a user applies onto the mouthpiece (203) a force for turning the mouthpiece (203), the movable cover component (208) is capable of stopping the mouthpiece (203) from rotating, as such, the mouthpiece (203) does not become detached even when a child is turning the mouthpiece (203), thus preventing the possibility of an e-liquid within the e-liquid storage cavity (206) being ingested by the child, and even after prolonged use of the atomizing component, the mouthpiece (203) and the e-liquid storage component (201) do not come loose relative to each other, thus increasing the structural stability between the mouthpiece (203) and the e-liquid storage component (201). |
