PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily stop unnecessary image projection without imposing any burden on a user.SOLUTION: A projection system includes a personal computer (PC) 1 that outputs image data and a data projector device 2 that is connected with the PC 1 and projects and displays an image based on the input image data. The PC1 sends a signal instructing release or setting of image mute at a timing when a specified operation state is entered (T02 to T04, T05 to T07), and the data projector device 2 temporarily stops projecting and displaying the image in accordance with an instruction signal sent from the PC1 (R02 to R07). |
