PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film thickness adjustment unit capable of securing the optimum film thickness by adjusting the remaining amount of oil to a steel sheet or the like, and further, improving productivity.SOLUTION: Provided is a steel sheet cleaning device 10 comprising: a cleaning unit 1 provided with un upper roll 21a including a roll part 22a for removing oil stuck to a steel sheet or a nonferrous metal sheet and a lower roll 21b including a roll part 22b; a vacuum suction unit 3 provided with a vacuum pump of sucking the oil absorbed into the roll part 22 via pipings; a plurality of the pipings 4, 5a, 5b, 5c interposed between the cleaning unit 1 and the vacuum suction unit 3 and also connecting the cleaning unit 1 and the vacuum suction unit 3 so as to be communicated; and an opening/closing valve 6 of opening/closing the piping 4, and including a film thickness adjustment unit 2 of adjusting the absorption amount of the oil stuck to the steel sheet or nonferrous metal sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
