PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue providing a service even if a transmitter installed in a specific place is stolen, when the service is provided on the basis of a communication with the transmitter.SOLUTION: An acquisition unit 101 acquires a transmitter ID represented by an identification signal, from a user terminal 20 having received the identification signal. A detection unit 102 detects that a beacon 30 has been stolen. A classification information storage unit 103 stores classification information obtained by classifying the transmitter ID of the beacon 30 into one of a plurality of categories including a third category and a fourth category. When an identifier classified in the third category, out of the identifiers acquired by the acquisition unit 101, satisfies a first condition, an execution unit 104 executes predetermined processing. Upon detection of a theft of the transmitter classified in the third category, when the identifier classified in the third category satisfies a second condition, the execution unit 104 executes predetermined processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
