PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which acquires a transmission destination for each document data, and facilitates transmission of the document data scanned after order content entry when the document data differing in transmission destination of submission and transmission by documents like order forms are printed.SOLUTION: Document data is acquired from a Web page and it is determined whether transmission destination information as information indicative of a transmission destination of a document created by printing the acquired document data can be acquired; when it is determined that the transmission destination information can be acquired, a management server is requested to generate a scan ticket including the transmission destination that the transmission destination information indicates. The scan ticket generated by the management server is acquired and displayed at a display part, a choice of the scan ticket is accepted, and read processing on a paper document is carried out based upon the contents of the selected scan ticket. Then the image data acquired through the read processing is transmitted based upon the transmission destination included in the scan ticket. |
