PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine capable of selling a commodity in a form of small bad influence by a sellout of the commodity.

SOLUTION: This automatic vending machine is a device having a function storing discount electronic money information capable of being used as a part of a consideration of the commodity in the same kind of automatic vending machine inside a cellphone of an operator (step S107) when a purchase button related to the sold-out commodity is depressed.
