An online type of optimization control method wherein control parameters affecting the characteristics of control subjects are made to evolve while being made to reflect actual evaluations by repeating the steps of; creating a plurality of individuals corresponding to the control parameters, deeming a set of the individuals to be one generation, choosing parent individuals for the next generation from the individuals set while causing at least actual evaluations to be reflected, and creating a set of individuals for the next generation on the basis of at least the parent individuals, wherein an evaluation model is created on the basis of relation between each individual and the evaluation for the individual, and that the evaluation model is used before making the actual evaluation.
