PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating device capable of uniformly cooling the entire cooled space by each refrigerating device in such a state that cooling actions of a plurality of refrigerating devices disposed in the cooled space are not interfered with each other, and properly defrosting each refrigerating device without unnecessarily increasing an inside temperature and unnecessarily transferring frost to an evaporator of the other refrigerating device. SOLUTION: A master machine executes a defrosting operation to the evaporator of the self unit from the detection of frost formation by a frost formation detecting means of the self machine to the detection of termination of defrosting by a termination of defrosting detecting means of the self machine, and outputs a defrosting signal to a slave unit during the execution of the defrosting operation. The slave machine starts a defrosting operation to the evaporator of the self machine when receiving the input of the defrosting signal, terminates the defrosting operation on the basis of the detection of termination of defrosting by the termination of defrosting detecting means of the self machine, and controls on/off of a compressor of the self machine on the basis of the difference between a detection temperature of a temperature sensor of the self machine and a set temperature of a temperature setting unit, when the input of the defrosting signal is continued after the termination of defrosting.
