PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the finger nail from chipping or the fingertip from being injured when a plastic clip is removed, by binding a packing bag by an approximately U-shaped plastic clip and at the same time, allowing a bend in a prescribed position for separation of the plastic clip from the packaging bag when the clip binding the packaging bag is manually removed. SOLUTION: The plastic clip is made as approximately a U-shaped clip by continuing bottoms of the page 3 in respectively both ends of a base part 2 of a circular arc part and a recessed area 8 is provided at an internal edge 2a side of a center 7 of the base part 2 and a plastic cross section of an outer edge 2b side in the center 4 of the base part 2 is wider than the plastic cross section of the internal edge 2a side.
