PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve gear, and an internal combustion engine having the valve gear, capable of improving combustion efficiency, by uniforming a valve lift quantity. SOLUTION: This valve gear has a solid cam 13 slidable in a camshaft 11 direction, and a plurality of valves 31 are advanced and retreated by one cam 13. A valve lifter has a roller tappet 21.
