PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure for a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine, which structure can regulate the flowing direction of coolant in a water jacket. SOLUTION: The cooling structure for a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine comprises a water jacket 30 which is formed in a cylinder block having a plurality of cylinders 22 arranged in parallel and flows cooling water R in the direction B of the lines of the cylinders, and spacers 40 arranged in the water jacket 30. The spacer bodies 41 of the spacers 40 have coolant introducing portions 48b on their end faces 48, which coolant introducing portions 48b are formed so as to tilt or curve with respect to the direction B of the lines of the cylinders with the distance from the upstream side toward the downstream side of the cooling water R, and are configured so as to regulate the flow of the cooling water R. The stagnation of the flow of the cooling water R at the downstream side P of a bridge 32 can be suppressed by introducing the cooling water R to the downstream side of the bridge 32 along the coolant introducing portions 48b.
