PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit incorporating a power source for properly achieving overheat protection according to a feeding load for a plurality of voltage regulators.

SOLUTION: This integrated circuit incorporating the power source is configured so that a plurality of voltage regulators 41 for adjusting input voltages into predetermined output voltages and a plurality of overheat protection circuits 42 for outputting an overheat stop signal for stopping any voltage regulator 41 on the basis of the neighboring temperature of the voltage regulator 41 on a substrate can be arranged so as to be integrated on a substrate. The overheat detection temperature of each overheat protection circuit 42 is set so as to be made different from one another, and the output is connected to any of the plurality of voltage regulators 41.
