PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic for sebum adsorption and a film for oil adsorption, cleaning and oil absorption use containing a biodegradable polyhydroxyalkanoic acid. SOLUTION: The biodegradable film for oil absorption contains a polyhydroxyalkanoic acid. More particularly, the polyhydroxyalkanoic acid of the biodegradable film for oil absorption is one or more compounds selected from 3-hydroxypropionic acid, 3-hydroxybutanoic acid, 4-hydroxybutanoic acid, 3-hydroxyvaleric acid, 3-hydroxyhexanoic acid, 3-hydroxyoctanoic acid and 3-hydroxydodecanoic acid.
