PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container holder device capable of improving appearance of a surface of a cabin nearly flush with a general designed surface when it is not used and stably securing a depth to store and hold a container when it is used and having a locking mechanism. SOLUTION: This container holder device has; an upper part frame body 13 provided with a storage body to store a container in a hole H provided on the surface S of the cabin free to come out and sink in, having an upper part opening 13a and formed free to come out of and sink in the hole H, an upper end surface of which is flush with the surface S in a normal state and a part of which is projected when it is used; a lower part frame body 14 arranged on the inside of the upper part frame body and; a cover body 15L arranged on the inside of the lower part frame body, to block the opening in the normal state and provided free to sink in the surface when it is used. The cover body has a locking means to hold the upper part frame body and the cover body against energizing force of an energizing means in the normal state and to displace the upper part frame body and the cover body by releasing the energizing force when it is used, which displaces the upper part frame body and the cover body reversely from each other in the vertical direction.
