PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lengthen a crash stroke of an energy absorbing member in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A crash box 10 is constituted of a fiber reinforced resin material and furnished with main wall parts 10C, 10D, 10E, 10F, 10G, 10H, 10J, an upper flat plate part 10A, a lower flat plate part 10B and a mounting wall part 10K to mount a bumper reinforcement longitudinal directions of which is arranged along the fore-and-aft direction of a vehicle body. Further, mounting parts 26, 28 to mount a radiator support 24 are integrally molded on an intermediate part in the longitudinal direction of the upper flat plate part A and the lower flat plate part 10B, fiber (woven cloth) constituting the mounting parts 26, 28 is provided along fiber (woven cloth) constituting the upper flat plate part 10A and the lower flat plate part 10B, and the mounting parts 26, 28 are respectively fixed on the upper flat plate part 10A ad the lower flat plate part 10B by resin impregnated in the respective fiber (woven cloth).
