PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a cylindrical liner consisting of an inner cylindrical film, a fibrous material layer provided on the inner cylindrical film and an outer cylindrical film which is arranged on the outer side of the fibrous material and is opaque to UV light.SOLUTION: A cylindrical liner 1 for reinforcement of a pipeline includes an inner cylindrical film 2, a fibrous material layer 4 provided on the inner cylindrical film 2 and an outer cylindrical film 8 which is arranged on the outer side of the fibrous material 4 and is opaque to UV light. The outer cylindrical film 8 has a radial-direction inner end part 10b and a second end part 10a which is laid on the outer side of the end part 10b in an overlapped range 12, and the end parts are connected mutually with an adhesive tape 13 extending transversely in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical liner 1.
