PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a content requested by a user by rapidly responding to a request from the user and downloading the content requested by the user from an overlay network. SOLUTION: Ahead of the content acquisition request of the user, top part data expressing a top part in the previously selected content is downloaded and preserved in a self node device. Besides, at least remaining part data excluding the top part data in the content requested by the user is downloaded in response to the content acquisition request of the user and preserved in the self node device. The top part data of the requested content is read and reproduced in response to the content acquisition request.
