<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving photoelectric conversion efficiency of a composite solar cell constituted by laminating a dye-sensitized solar cell and a silicon solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: In the composite solar cell constituted by arranging an anode of the dye-sensitized solar cell on a cathode of a PN junction silicon solar cell formed by a semiconductor substrate to laminate, a silicide layer is formed between the cathode of the silicon solar cell and the anode of the dye-sensitized solar cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
