The purpose of the present invention is achieved by providing a device for generating alkaline reduced water using a disk-shaped carrier composed of alkali or alkaline-earth metals or the like. The device for generating alkaline reduced water according to the present invention obtains alkaline reduced water by generating a reduction potential between water and the disk-shaped carrier composed of the alloy of alkali or alkaline-earth metals or the like. The device for generating alkaline reduced water comprises: a housing including a water inlet and a water outlet at both sides; and carrier units arranged in parallel at intervals in the direction of intersecting with the flow of the water inside the housing by using nonconducting interval-maintaining elements, and including a first carrier and a second carrier arranged alternately and continuously, wherein the first carrier has a first water-passing part for passing water through a group of insulating small holes arranged along a circumference, and the second carrier has a second water-passing part with a large hole including water in the middle and a third water-passing part for passing water through a group of small holes in multiple rows around the second water-passing hole. The flow of water introduced through the inlet of the housing is continuously and repeatedly diffused and converged through the first water-passing part and the second and third water-passing parts arranged inside and outside each of the first, second and third carriers of the first carrier and the second carrier of the carrier units. Therefore, reducing power is increased in a short time by generating collision by the acceleration and deceleration of the flowing speed of water and the function of eddies, thereby raising a reaction rate, and simultaneously the reducing power is maintained by preventing an oxide film generated on the surface of the carriers via the function of separation by a shock method. |
