PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an organic photoelectric conversion device having an oriented organic layer.SOLUTION: The method of producing a photoelectric conversion device including a substrate 3, an anode 5, an orientation layer 7, a p-type layer 9, an n-type layer 11, a buffer layer 13 and a cathode 15 comprises an orientation layer forming step ST002 for forming the orientation layer 7 by using a first orientation organic material, a first friction step ST003 for rubbing the orientation layer in a first direction in a plane parallel to the orientation layer, a second friction step ST004 for rubbing the orientation layer in a second direction different from the first direction in the plane parallel to the orientation layer, and an active layer forming step ST005 for forming an active layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
