According to present invention, a dental implant assembly for preventing unfastening of a screw includes: an abutment coupled to an upper portion of a fixture implanted in an alveolar bone; a screw part screw-coupled to the fixture through a screw insertion hole formed at the abutment, for fixing the abutment to the fixture; a fixing screw having a head portion formed at an upper portion of the screw part to be latched on a head seating portion protruding from an inner side of the screw insertion hole; and an unfastening prevention part for preventing the fixing screw from unfastening from the fixture, wherein the unfastening prevention part has unfastening prevention protuberances which are formed at a lower surface of the head portion corresponding to the head seating portion formed at the abutment, and plastically deformed upon coupling of the fixture to the screw part, to provide frictional force between the head portion and the head seating portion of the abutment. |
