PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing matter that is safe even if it is used for packaging food or the like, and that has a superior bonding force of an ink membrane on a medium to be recorded.SOLUTION: A printing matter is printed by an edible ink including resin selected from a foodstuff additive on a medium to be recorded with the medium having a recess formed on a surface thereof by containing inorganics in the foodstuff additive authorized by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. A membrane of the edible ink engages with the recess. |
