PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermentation active substance that activates fermentation effect of an organic matter, can be safely used without applying a burden to environment, and can efficiently activate fermentation effect without exterminating fermentation microorganisms.SOLUTION: A fermentation active substance activates fermentation effect of an intestinal organic matter, in which geraniol is blended as an active ingredient, and a blended amount of the geraniol is blended in an amount at which intestinal concentration becomes 1.5×10% to 1.5×10% during use.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
