PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict displacement of the lower end part of a cover member, which covers a movable rail, when the cover member is extended downward.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat comprises: an upper rail R2 that slides along a lower rail R1; a seat body Sh that slides together with the upper rail R2; a vibration-proof body 40 provided on the underside of the seat body Sh; and a rail cover 10 covering the upper rail R2. In the vehicle seat, the rail cover 10 is arranged across the arranged position of the vibration-proof body 40 in a vertical direction. In the rail cover 10, a portion located above the arranged position of the vibration-proof body 40 is fixed to the seat body Sh.
