PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous metal surface treatment agent without including a chromium compound, excellent in storage stability and capable of forming a surface treatment film excellent in corrosion resistance after defatting treatment, water resistance, chemical resistance and top coating adhesion, etc., on a metal plate.SOLUTION: The aqueous metal surface treatment agent contains (a) a phosphoric acid based compound, (b) fluoro metal acid and/or its salt, (c) alumina sol, (d) cationic resin and (e) water and includes (a) the phosphoric acid based compound of 0.5-10 mass parts, (b) the fluoro metal acid and/or its salt of 0.5-10 mass parts (c) alumina sol of 5-100 mass parts on the basis of the cationic resin (d) of 100 mass parts.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
