PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the warpage of a sensor panel due to a difference of the amount of thermal expansion between an electromagnetic shield layer and the sensor panel.SOLUTION: A radiation detection device 1 includes: a sensor panel 101 on which a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements are planarly arrayed; a scintillator 102 which overlies the sensor panel 101 and which converts an incident radiation into light detectable by the photoelectric conversion elements; and an electromagnetic shield layer 103 which overlies a surface opposite to the sensor panel 101 in the scintillator 102, so as to block noise.
