PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle system which can suppress effect to a portable terminal from heat in a cabin when a terminal device of an on-vehicle specification is replaced and the portable terminal is used.SOLUTION: A terminal installation structure of a vehicle, in which a genuine terminal device 40 or a portable terminal device 100 is detachably installed on a terminal installation part 80, includes: a base unit 30 which is arranged on a back side of a back surface part 85 of the terminal installation part 80 and conducts short-range radio communication with the terminal device through the back surface part 85; and radiation means 71 which is arranged in a position where a rear surface of the portable terminal device 100 arranged on the terminal installation part 80 and the back surface part 85 are opposite to each other, and radiates heat on a rear surface side of the portable terminal device 100 to other part from between the rear surface of the portable terminal device 100 and the back surface part 85. |
