PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distortion detection element, a pressure sensor, a microphone, a blood pressure sensor, and a touch panel which are capable of improving sensitivity.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, there is provided a distortion detection element being a distortion detection element provided on a deformable substrate, which comprises a reference layer, a magnetization free layer, and a middle layer. Magnetization of the magnetization free layer changes corresponding to deformation of the substrate. The middle layer is provided between the reference layer and the magnetization free layer. The magnetization free layer has a first magnetic layer, a second magnetic layer, and a magnetic coupling layer. The first magnetic layer is provided adjacent to the middle layer. The second magnetic layer is provided apart from the first magnetic layer. The magnetic coupling layer is provided between the first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer. Magnetization of the first magnetic layer is antiparallel to the magnetization of the second magnetic layer. |
