There is disclosed a sub-module (200), for a power converter module, the sub-module (100) comprising: a busbar (102) having a busbar terminal (114); a converter component (104, 106) having a component terminal (110, 118); and a flexible connector (202, 302, 402) coupled to the busbar terminal (114) and the component terminal (110, 118) to form an electrical connection therebetween, the connector (202, 302, 402) extending along a first axis X between the busbar terminal (114) and the component terminal (110, 118). The connector (202, 302, 402) is flexible so that there is at least one degree of freedom between the busbar terminal (114) and the component terminal (110, 118). |
