PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method of contaminated soil capable of removing contaminants from soil more sufficiently than conventional methods.SOLUTION: Contaminated soil water is added with potassium chloride and subjected to electrolysis. Electrolyzed water containing electrolytic hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and a hydroxy radical (OH) has a high osmotic force into a substance and permeates contaminated soil to promote dissociation, and thus separates soil (silica, alumina) and contaminants to pieces. In addition, potassium of potassium chloride added to the contaminated soil water is a fertilizer, which serves as nutrients for plants in the soil. The potassium is taken in cytoplasm of plants and consumed for synthesis of sugar and protein to prevent growth of meristem from being hindered. |
