<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make durability satisfactory by avoiding load by delivery pressure of a primary pump from acting on a diaphragm member in a diaphragm pump pressurizing further and sending main fluid sent out from the primary pump in upstream. <P>SOLUTION: In the diaphragm pump 3A filling the main fluid in a main fluid pressurizing chamber 25A divided from a back pressure chamber 30A by a bellows 31, giving pressure pulsation to working fluid in the back pressure chamber 30A by a plunger 24A reciplocatingly sliding by rotation of a cam 16 in a cam chamber 30, and pressurizing the main fluid further and sending the same. A communication path 241 establishing communication between a back pressure chamber 30A and the cam chamber 30 is provided on the plunger 24A and opens at a predetermined position of the plunger 24A. Primary pump pressure is introduced to the cam chamber 30 and is introduced to the back pressure chamber 30A at predetermined timing when the communication path opens, a stroke in which pressure in the back pressure chamber 30A and the main fluid pressurizing chamber 25A coincide is included. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
