PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame apparatus which allows for accurate and reliable adjustment of the position of a longitudinal rack, being excellent in workability and safety; and a solar cell device using the same.SOLUTION: A frame apparatus comprises a support base on an inclined plane of a base substance having the inclined plane, a fastening member disposed on the support base, and a longitudinal rack which is fastened to the support base through the fastening member and is long in the inclined direction of the inclined plane. The longitudinal rack has a through hole with inner concave-convex surfaces for positioning along the insides of the through hole in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal rack. The fastening member has outer concave-convex surfaces to be fitted in the inner concave-convex surfaces of the through hole. |
