<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a technique as to check whether there is a predetermined feeder with a predetermined reel set to a predetermined one of plural wearing portions of mounters. <P>SOLUTION: A storage device stores checking information in which identification information of the feeder set to each wearing portion is associated with identification information of the reel set to the feeder every mounting portion. The feeder identification information set in the feeder and the reel identification information set in the reel set to this feeder are photographed with a camera. Moreover, the wearing portions are photographed with the camera. It is determined whether the predetermined reel is set to the predetermined feeder from the checking information and the reel and feeder identification information contained in images.
