The present invention provides: a modified conjugated diene-based polymer having a high modification rate since a conjugated diene-based polymer modified through starting end modification, intermediate modification, termination end modification or a combination thereof is synthesized by using a styrene-based functional monomer of a specific structure capable of anion polymerization when polymerizing the conjugated diene-based polymer, and then an additional modifier is used as necessary; and a composition, which contains the modified conjugated diene-based polymer, using the modified conjugated diene-based polymer, thereby increasing affinity with an inorganic filler when compounding so as to improve dispersibility.
