The present invention relates to a halogen-free insulating composition having excellent oil resistance and cold resistance, and a wire including an insulating layer formed therefrom. Specifically, the present invention relates to an insulating composition simultaneously having excellent oil resistance, chemical resistance, cold resistance, insulating properties, etc., which are difficult to obtain at the same time, while having good flame retardancy, being environmentally friendly and further having excellent workability, despite using a halogen-free flame retardant; and a wire including an insulating layer formed therefrom. |
