The drive circuit (20) comprises: a data signal providing module (201) for generating a data signal; a first selection signal generation module (202) for providing a first selection signal (MUX1); a second selection signal generation module (203) for providing a second selection signal (MUX2); and a selection module (204) comprising a selection switch combination for receiving the first selection signal (MUX1) and the second selection signal (MUX2), and outputting the data signal to a pixel array (10). The display panel and the drive circuit (20) therefor can reduce the level conversion frequency of selection signals.
