An atomizing component and an electronic cigarette. The atomizing component comprises a mouthpiece (1), an e-liquid storage component (2), and an atomizing core component (3). The e-liquid storage component (2) comprises an e-liquid storage sleeve (21) connected at an extremity thereof to a rotating structure (4). The mouthpiece (1) is provided at an extremity of the rotating structure (4) facing away from the e-liquid storage sleeve (21). Provided within the e-liquid storage sleeve (21) is a ventilation pipe (22) having an extremity thereof run through the rotating structure (4) and in communication with the mouthpiece (1) and another extremity sleeved on the exterior of an extremity of the atomizing core component (3). The atomizing core component (3) comprises an atomizing base (31). An extremity of the atomizing base (31) provided with an electric heating wire component (32) is embeddedly sleeved within an extremity of the ventilation pipe (22), while a portion that is extended outside of the ventilation pipe (22) seals off an e-liquid filler opening. An e-liquid inlet (310) is also provided on the atomizing base (31). An e-liquid guide hole (220) is provided on the extremity of the ventilation pipe (22) corresponding to the e-liquid inlet (310). The rotating structure (4) and the ventilation pipe (22) are fixed with each other. The rotating structure (4) drives the ventilation pipe (22) into rotation when rotating under the effect of an external force in the circumferential direction, thus allowing the e-liquid guide hole (220) on the ventilation pipe (22) and the e-liquid inlet (310) on the atomizing base (31) to be either overlapped or staggered with each other. The apparatus is capable of preventing an e-liquid in the e-liquid storage cavity (23) from permeating into the atomizing cavity. |
