Disclosed are an image data processing method and device, said method comprising: image data of first red, green, and blue subpixels is received, then gamma-corrected to obtain image data of second red, green, and blue subpixels; according to the image data of the second red, green, and blue subpixels, image data of a first white subpixel and third red, green, and blue subpixels is generated; by means of inverse gamma conversion, image data of fourth red, green, and blue subpixels and a second white subpixel is obtained. |
