摘要 An air spring for rail transit comprises an upper cover plate fixedly connected to a vehicle and an air bag sealedly and fixedly connected to the upper cover plate, and further comprises an hourglass spring assembly sealedly connected to the air bag. The hourglass spring assembly comprises an hourglass spring and a limiting component disposed in the hourglass spring. The limiting component comprises a hard boss extending downwards. The height of the hard boss is less than that of the hourglass spring, the vertical deformation of the hourglass spring is limited by the height difference between the hard boss and the hourglass spring, and the sum of a stopping gap of the hourglass spring and a space gap is an allowable maximum sinkage of the vehicle relative to a bogie. By using the air spring for rail transit provided in the present invention, the sinkage of the vehicle can be controlled within a certain range, and the risk that the vehicle interferes with the bogie when the sinkage of the vehicle is excessively large is avoided. In addition, the air spring for rail transit provided in the present invention has a simple and compact structure, is easy to assemble, and requires a small installation space.
