PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A-shaped aluminum stepladder fall prevention device.SOLUTION: An A-shaped aluminum stepladder fall prevention device comprises: four bearing bars, whose inside ends are pivotally contacted to lower ends of a first brace and a second brace; equally spaced bar fixing holes, which are formed on the lower ends of the first brace and the second brace; four connecting rods with first ends and second ends, whose first ends pivotally contact intermediate parts of the bearing bars; four fixing members, which connect the connecting rods to the first brace and the second brace by fitting the second ends of the connecting rods to the bar fixing holes of the first brace and the second brace. Stability of the device can be improved by attaching the four bearing bars to the floor and obliquely connecting the connecting rods. A side bar such as wall hook is installed to an external wall of either the first brace or the second brace. When the side bar is made to protrude upward of the A-shaped aluminum stepladder, a user can stably stand up by grabbing the side bar. The wall hook of the side bar can be used to suspend a tool bag of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
