A rail train and axle box structure thereof, comprising an axle box and a fixing node mounting base (112); the axle box is formed as split structures and comprises an upper box (11) and a lower box (12) sealingly engaged with each other; the upper box (11) and the lower box (12) are disposed together to form a bearing mounting cavity (1a), and the upper box (11) and the lower box (12) are connected by bolts; the fixing node mounting base (112) and the upper box (11) are integrally formed; two outer side edges in an axial direction of lower end surfaces of the upper box (11) are provided with convex parts (116) extending downward; two outer side edges of upper end surfaces of the lower box (12) are provided with concave parts (123) extending downward; a first semicircular hole and a second semicircular hole are provided in the middle parts of the upper box (11) and the lower box (12) respectively; when the convex parts (116) and the concave parts (123) are sealingly engaged, the first semicircular hole and the second semicircular hole are configured to form the bearing mounting cavity. The structure facilitates forming of a sealed bearing mounting cavity, increases reliability of bearing mounting, and when disassembling a wheelset, improves efficiency of replacing the wheelset. |
