PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic packing apparatus that hardly causes a problem in which an article is held under another article to be pressed and damaged, and to provide a shopping support system.SOLUTION: A turn table 4 has a placement table which rotates around a rotation shaft, places an article charged from a charging port on a placement surface of the placement table, and discharges the article on the placement surface from a discharging port. An article information reader 14 reads article information from the article charged to the turn table 4. A control section 11 controls the turn table 4. The control section 11 controls, when a plurality of the articles are on the placement surface, an order of discharging the plurality of articles from the discharging port in accordance with each of the article information of the plurality of articles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
