PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific monoclonal antibody reacting with mutant α-actinin-4 and not reacting with α-actinin-4 that is constantly expressed, and to provide cell lines generating the antibody.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an antibody against mutant α-actinin-4 having the amino acid sequence in which at least one amino acid residue in the region from the 245th to 263rd of an amino acid sequence of α-actinin-4 is substituted by another amino acid residue, the antibody recognizing all or a part of substituted amino acid residues in the region.
