PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine air bubble control device and a fine air bubble control method which can control a density of fine air bubbles in a solution easily at a predetermined density.SOLUTION: A fine air bubble control device includes: a fine air bubble generator which introduces fine air bubbles in a solvent and generates a fine air bubble suspension; a mixing part which mixes the fine air bubble suspension and the solvent and generates a mixed solution; a measuring part which measures a density of the fine air bubbles in the mixed solution; and a control part which controls an introducing amount of the solvent in the mixing part based on the density of the fine air bubbles measured by the measuring part so that the density of the fine air bubbles is within a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
