PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify an observation angle suitable for treatment.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes a processing circuit. The processing circuit extracts blood vessel information from a three-dimensional medical image. From the blood vessel information, the processing circuit separates aneurysm from a derived blood vessel where the aneurysm is derived. The processing circuit creates a composite image superimposing the information on the overlapping of the derived blood vessel and the aneurysm at the time when the derived blood vessel and the aneurysm are projected in a predetermined visual line direction on a two-dimensional image which is the three-dimensional medical image observed from an observation angle corresponding to the predetermined visual line direction, and displays it on a display unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
