PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement firing device, in which new fuel for drying water-containing organic waste is not necessitated and malodorous gas is treated in a small-sized facility to keep energy loss to a minimum.SOLUTION: A cement firing device 1 includes such a chlorine bypass system that a part G of the burnt exhaust gas is extracted, while being cooled, from a kiln exhaust gas flow passage extended from a kiln tail 4 of a cement kiln 2 to a lowermost-stage cyclone of a preheater, coarse powder D1 is separated from the extracted gas G1, and fine powder D2 is recovered from the coarse powder-separated extracted gas G2. The water-containing organic waste W1 is dried by using the extracted gas G1, from which the coarse powder is not separated, or the coarse powder-separated extracted gas G2. An indirect heat exchange unit 7 for drying the water-containing organic waste by the coarse powder-separated extracted gas can be installed and it does not matter if a part W5 of the water-containing organic waste W3, which is dried in the indirect heat exchange unit, is mixed in the undried water-containing organic waste. |
