<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arranged speed controller of a synchronous machine arranged such that synchronous parallel-in can be attained in a short time even if moment of inertia of the synchronous machine is high. <P>SOLUTION: In the arranged speed controller of a synchronous machine arranged such that rotational speed control of a synchronous machine for parallel-in to a power system is performed by the frequency of a power system, an arranged speed increase operation pulse 10 being generated depending on the frequency difference of the synchronous machine, and an arranged speed decrease operation pulse 11, a limiter upper limit L<SB>U</SB>is set for an arranged speed command value by the arranged speed increase operation pulse 10, and a limiter lower limit L<SB>L</SB>is set for an arranged speed command value by the arranged speed decrease operation pulse 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
