<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ferrite material in which the deterioration and the variation of characteristics are suppressed by firing under a uniform condition and a firing furnace system. <P>SOLUTION: In a continuous furnace type firing furnace system 10, the flow of an atmospheric gas in a space among setters 20 piled up in a plurality of stages is improved by controlling the direction of the gas stream of the atmospheric gas supplied by a gas supply means 30 to a direction along the surface of the setters 20 placed on the transportation conveyer 13 to suppress the variation of oxygen partial pressure. As a result, the firing condition among a plurality of formed products placed on the setters 20 piled up in the plurality of the stages is uniformalized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
